We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
• Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened items cannot be returned:
• Skincare products once opened
• Wellness supplements once opened
• Personal care items once opened
• Gift cards

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. 
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
