Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the UAE including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are:
- Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman: 1–2 business days
- Abu Dhabi & other Emirates: 2–3 business days
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available for select locations across the UAE. You can also pay securely online via PayPal or Ziina.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Opened skincare, supplements, and personal care products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
