Where do you deliver?

We deliver across the UAE and also offer delivery to supported GCC destinations.

How long does UAE delivery take?

Standard UAE delivery is typically 1–2 business days. Express delivery is available for next-business-day delivery on eligible orders placed before 12 PM.

How much is UAE shipping?

UAE shipping is free on orders over AED 150. Orders below AED 150 are AED 15. GCC rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

How long does GCC delivery take?

GCC delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. Delivery estimates can vary during public holidays, peak periods, or circumstances outside the courier's control.

Are all TeemGlow products natural or organic?

What about wellness drinks?

Preparation and ingredient information varies by product. Follow the package directions and check the product page for the specific item. TeemGlow does not use the Glow Finder to diagnose or treat health conditions.

Orders, Returns & Support

Can I change an order?

Contact us as soon as possible at support@teemglow.ae. If the order has already entered fulfillment, a change may no longer be possible.
