At TEEMGLOW, we are committed to delivering your premium skincare products safely and swiftly. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates and the wider GCC region, including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman. We are continuously expanding our delivery network to serve more regions.
Estimated Delivery Times
- UAE (Standard): 1–2 business days
- UAE (Express): Next business day (order before 12:00 PM)
- GCC Countries: 5–7 business days
- International: 10–14 business days (where available)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on all UAE orders above AED 250
- Standard UAE shipping: AED 20 for orders below AED 250
- GCC shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time. If you have not received your tracking details within 3 business days, please contact our support team.
Packaging
Every TEEMGLOW order is carefully packaged to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. Our premium packaging is designed to reflect the luxury experience our brand stands for, and is also eco-conscious wherever possible.
Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
Our courier partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, your order may be held at a local depot for collection or returned to us. In the event of a return, please contact us to arrange re-delivery.
Customs & Duties
For GCC and international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
